We have made our UK shipping choices as simple as possible.

You can either choose to have your parcel shipped to you on a free 7-day (up to) delivery service (for orders over £30), or a next day courier service costing £6.00 for all parcel sizes and order values. *UK only

The free delivery service will be shipped via Royal Mail on a tracked service and the next day service costing £6.00 is shipped using a courier.

For each next day delivery service we donate £1.00 to the Woodland Trust to plant a tree to offset carbon emissions! So not only will you receive your wonderful candles quicker you will also be helping to save the planet.

For small packages under £30 there is a £4.50 delivery charge, which just covers the cost of the postage – the packing remains free!

You will be offered both options at checkout so you can choose the right one for you. Both services provide a text message or email informing you of a time slot for your delivery. If you are not going to be in please reply to the text or email with instructions of where the parcel can be left.   Sadly we can not instruct Royal Mail or the courier for you as the details have to come directly from the customer.

Did you know when placing an order with us you can have the order shipped to your work address or any other address that is convenient for you? Just enter a separate delivery address when prompted and we’ll do the rest for you. Want a little personal message in the parcel?…no problem we can do that as well just tell us what you would like it to say and we will write it in our best handwriting for you.

*Next day delivery – Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered next working day. Orders placed after 1pm Thursday will be processed Friday for Monday delivery. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be processed the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.
